Return Policy

For returns processed 90 days or more from date of shipment, a GiftCard may be issued if an exchange is requested. If you are the recipient of a gift, please provide your full name, shipping address and email address (if available). Returns received more than one year after date of shipment will not be accepted and will be returned to sender. At your request, GiftCards are available for all exchanges made prior to 90 days from date of shipment.

 

Please Note:

  • Exchanges must be submitted within 7 days after delivery to 14 days and subject to availability. In the event that the item you requested for an exchange is no longer available, a refund will be processed as stated below.

  • Refunds will be processed in the form of payment used on the original order. For credit card refunds, please allow 1 or 2 billing cycles for the credit to appear on your statement. GiftCards are available upon request.

  • Refunds and GiftCards will include product and tax amount only. If an incorrect item was shipped, or products were flawed or damaged in transit, prior to delivery, we will also include the shipping charges in your refund.

  • Return merchandise must be in store bought condition.

  • We cannot accept COD returns.

 

Domestic Shipping Rates and Policies

 

Shipping and handling fees depend upon the number of items ordered and the method of delivery selected at checkout.  Based on the level of service requested and proximity to our Distribution Center in Atlanta, GA we may use an alternate method to ship your order. On orders shipped faster than 4 Business Days, we will guarantee delivery or reimburse you the additional shipping costs if the order does not arrive in the stated time frame. Weather delays, mechanical delays or other factors beyond our control may impact delivery times and are non-refundable.

 

PO Boxes
For optimal delivery service, please include both your PO Box number and a physical street address for the shipping address. Orders with only a PO Box in the shipping address can only be sent via USPS and may take up to 12 business days for delivery. If you do not have a physical street address, please contact our Customer Service Department for assistance.

 

Rush Services
Rush orders placed on a business day (Monday-Friday) prior to 2 P.M. Central Time will ship the same day, subject to complete verification. Rush orders placed after 2 P.M. Central Time will ship the following business day, subject to complete verification. Rush orders processed on the weekend will ship on the next business day. Please allow the delivery time on the selected service for your package to arrive once it leaves our Distribution Center. Business days do not include weekends (Saturday and Sunday) or US holidays.

 

Rush is applied to the following Delivery Services only:

  • 3 Business Day

 

Delivery Services
The delivery services available will depend on the shipping address entered at checkout. Below are the available services along with cost and estimated processing/transit times based on the address provided at checkout. Business days are Monday-Friday and exclude US Holidays. All orders are subject to complete verification prior to shipment.

 

Returns

Our refund policy is 15 Days. Unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange after this period. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. Several types of goods are exempt from being returned. Perishable goods such as food, flowers, newspapers or magazines cannot be returned. We also do not accept products that are intimate or sanitary goods, hazardous materials, or flammable liquids or gases.

 

To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase. Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer.

 

Refunds (if applicable)

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

 

If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.

 

Exchanges (if applicable)

Shipping

Our products are shipped within 2-3 Days using the following carriers: USPS FedEx UPS DHL. To return your product, you should mail your product to:P.O. Box 80050, Starkville MS United States 39759. You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund. Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary. If you are shipping an item over $50, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.

Online Orders
We've made online shopping easy! Just follow the steps below to locate and purchase your favorite products on our website.

  • When you find products you would like to purchase, choose the appropriate quantities, sizes, etc. and add the items to your cart.
  • When you have finished shopping and are ready to checkout, click the Checkout button on the shopping cart page. (To get to the shopping cart page, click on the Shopping Cart image at the top of the page.)
  • If you are a registered user, log in using your email address and password for faster checkout.
  • Fill in all of the required information on the shipping and billing pages. If you have forgotten to fill in a required field, we will alert you to the area in red text so you can go back and try again. Complete the required field with the requested information and continue to checkout again.
  • Review your order before submitting to verify all of the information is correct and to get your calculated order total.
  • Submit the order and print a copy of the Thank You page containing your customer number and order number for your records. A confirmation email will also be sent containing your order information to the email address provided during checkout.
